Vibration welding process:  

In Vibration welding, the upper part is load on to a vibrating head or drive palten and the lower part is on the moving paltern. As the drive palten is energised at a particular frequnecy and the welding surfaces are heated up and melted by a friction movement. Like in all other welding procedures they are welded under pressure.
