   Vibration welders

In Vibration welding, the welding surfaces are heated up and melted by a friction movement. Like in all other welding procedures they are welded under pressure. Typical applications are in the automotive industry: e.g. reservoirs, instrument panels, glove boxes etc, in the home appliances industry: e.g. washing machine parts, base plates of tumble driers, door reinforcements and other technical products etc

Ultrasonic Welders

Ultrasonic welding is a process that uses mechanical vibrations above the audible frequency range .

Vibrations produced by a perfectly tuned sonotrode or horn, as it is generally known, are used to melt the thermoplastic material at the joint line.

Ultrasonic Applications are ullimited ranging from automotive to electronics, textile, food processing etc

      Ultrasonic Toolings & Automation

We manufacture Ultrasonic Horns & Fixtures for frequencies - 15Khz, 20Khz, 30Khz, 35 Khz, 40Khz, 70 Khz and vibration welder - upper and lower fixtures.

We are also specialized in the automations and SPMs for welding applications.

Hot Plate welders

The part surfaces are melted by contact with the heat platen and then precisely pressed together to form a final assembly.

The main advantage of product geometries and sizes can be welded. The process is ideally suited for the welding of complex three-dimensional joint surfaces.

Ultrasonic Cleaners

The sound waves generate high & low pressure phases in the liquid, creating microscopic vacuum bubbles that implode when the sound waves moves and the zones changes from +ve to -ve pressure. This process called “cavitation”, exerts enormous localized pressures & temperature that loosen the contaminants and scrubs the work piece.
